This property is also eligible for a TDR transfer.' Check Chapter 7 of Pitkin County Code Requirements. Corner pins are on site, with some staking and flagging on site, but hard to see due to the summer vegetation. Look hard for pink or orange flagging in the trees on left boundary area.
